Who We're Looking For
Signals, not credentials.
No GPA threshold. No brand-name internship requirement. We're looking for what you've done — not where you did it. The right person has already built something, shipped something, or figured something out on their own.
One requirement: a link to an AI project you've built — a Claude workflow, an automation, an agent, or a tool. This is how we evaluate how you think and what you build.

You're finishing school or within two years of graduating
Final semester, recently graduated, or early in your career. This role is built for emerging marketing engineers, not seasoned ones. Part-time (20 hrs/week) and full-time (40 hrs/week) tracks are available.
You've built something with AI — not just used it
An agent, a workflow, an automation that solved a real problem. Typing prompts into ChatGPT doesn't count. You'll need to share a link to something you've built as part of your application.
You're based in the US, Canada, or Latin America
Timezone overlap and proximity to the markets we serve matter. If you're based in the Americas, you're in scope.
You want to build, not observe
You're not looking for a certificate or a line on your résumé. You want live briefs, real deadlines, and direct feedback from people who've shipped campaigns for Fortune 500 clients.
What You'll Work On
You own the work.
You don't assist with it.
Every associate is assigned a live project brief within their first week — scoped to what the growth marketing team actually needs to ship. You won't shadow someone. You'll run campaigns, build automations, and present results to the people who sign off on spend.

Campaign Performance Analysis
Build AI agents that surface spend waste, anomalies, and optimization signals from live campaign data — before anyone has to ask for a report.
Buyer Research & Simulation
Model how a CTO or VP of Engineering reacts to our creative before we spend a dollar on media. Built from real buyer logic — not persona decks made from guesswork.
Competitive Intelligence
Map where our buyers spend time online. Identify how competitors are positioned and where the gaps are. Turn research into a decision — not a deck.
Growth Experiments
Run structured tests across paid and organic channels. Measure what moves pipeline. Kill what doesn't. Document it so the next test starts smarter.
