BairesDev was founded in 2009 by Pablo Azorin and Nacho De Marco. Both of them developers by trade who became Managers at a young age and noticed a fundamental market gap: untapped IT talent in Latin America. By establishing teams of bilingual developers in major cities in Latam they eliminated the obstacle of time-zones and cultural differences with US clients.
Fernando Galano joined the company a few years later as Chief Strategy Officer, spearheading the expansion of operations in Brazil, Colombia and Mexico. Soon after, the San Francisco (CA) and Harvard (MA) offices were opened to better serve West and East Coast clients. By 2013, BairesDev had consolidated its selection process and was receiving over 145k applications per year, allowing it to hire only the Top 1% IT Talent in the region. This led to exponential growth, enabling the inauguration of Dev Centers in almost every country in Latam.
BairesDev has been the #1 fastest growing outsourcing company in Latin America for the last 4 years. With over 700 expert developers, BairesDev is expanding operations to the rest of the world without changing its mission: harnessing the untapped IT talent in Latin America.
