At BairesDev we have created a Referrals Program, so that you can recommend everyone you know (friends, acquaintances, study buddies, relatives, among many others), who you think have got what it takes to be part of our growing company, and help create the amazing work environment we have accomplished with the help of every single member of the BairesDev team.

How does the Referral
Program work?

At BairesDev we are constantly seeking outstanding talent to join our teams. We are convinced that there is no better person, but you, who are already part of our amazing team, to recommend candidates.

If you have someone you’d like to submit as a candidate, you have to upload the contact details or the CV in the form below, or alternatively you can also send an email to [email protected]

If we do hire the candidate, you will receive USD 500 if the person you referred is a man, or USD 700 if it’s a woman.
The only requirement needed to get the reward is that the candidate stays in BairesDev for at least 3 months after being hired.
