  • How fast can you start an OpenShift project?

    Most engagements kick off in 2 to 4 weeks. We assemble and onboard senior OpenShift engineers in weeks, not months.

  • How do you recover a blocked or failed OpenShift upgrade?

    We start by finding what's actually stuck: a degraded ClusterOperator (oc get co, oc adm upgrade status) or a MachineConfigPool that won't roll because of node drains or PodDisruptionBudgets. Since OpenShift doesn't support control-plane rollback, recovery is roll-forward: clear the blocking condition, let the Cluster Version Operator continue, and fall back to an etcd backup restore only if the control plane itself is compromised. For version jumps we use EUS-to-EUS paths to minimize worker reboots.

  • How do you run OpenShift in an air-gapped or disconnected environment?

    We mirror the release payload, Operator catalogs, and supporting images into an internal registry (mirror-registry or Quay) with oc-mirror, then redirect pulls using an ImageDigestMirrorSet. Operators install from the mirrored OLM catalogs, and upgrades run through a local OpenShift Update Service so the cluster never needs outbound internet access.

  • What storage does VM live migration need on OpenShift Virtualization?

    Live migration requires ReadWriteMany (RWX) volumes so the VM disk is reachable from both the source and target nodes during the move. That's typically served by OpenShift Data Foundation or another CSI driver that supports RWX; a VM sitting on ReadWriteOnce storage can't live-migrate and would need a cold migration instead.

  • How experienced are your engineers?

    Senior by default, 8 to 10+ years on average, Red Hat certified, from the top 1% of 2.5 M+ annual applicants.

  • Will time zones or language barriers be an issue?
