As AVP, Account Management, Melissa leads a high-performing team of Account Directors and Account Managers in the Pacific West Region. Her leadership and passion for our client’s success allows her to consistently improve the sales process and contribute to the company’s growth and customer success.
Melissa is a seasoned operational leader with over 14 years of experience in technical sales, client relationship management, and business development. Such a background, coupled with her focused decision-making and project management abilities, allow her to create customized solutions for the company by identifying unique pain points and specific needs to enhance client value. She holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a Professional Certificate in Customer Relationship Management from Colorado State University.
