Nacho De Marco.

Nacho is the Founder and CEO of BairesDev and General Partner at BDev Ventures. Since 2009, Nacho has led the company’s growth through a self-sustained process to build a solid organization. BairesDev started with bootstrapped investments and required no external input to become one of the few and largest unicorns in history.

Driven by his entrepreneurial spirit, Nacho recently launched BDev Ventures, a VC fund that partners with B2B companies to accelerate their growth through a proprietary lead generation platform. Additionally, he invests and is a board member in a few biotechnology and e-learning companies.

A deeply passionate leader and a motivator by nature, Nacho is always providing his endless support to select organizations across different communities whose mission is to create opportunities for talented people to thrive.

Nacho is the author of “IT Outsourcing to Latin America,” an Amazon-exclusive book that analyzes the Software Development market in LatAm. He is a Forbes Technology and Fast Company Impact Council member and a thought leader in the software outsourcing industry.
