Pablo Chamorro.

As Chief Revenue Officer, Pablo Chamorro is responsible for leading and developing the sales department while passionately continuing to increase the revenue stream of the company. He monitors that the strategies from different departments are effectively applied, so decision-makers can push for organizational expansion. These cross-functional efforts helped with BairesDev’s growth, which now consists of over 3,500 engineers in 36 countries.

He has 20+ years of consulting, management, and sales experience in the information technology industry. His continuous efforts in the diligent allocation of company resources, combined with the efficient collaboration with various departments, have helped clear obstacles for BairesDev’s Executive Management to achieve the necessary operational excellence to become the largest and fastest-growing bootstrapped company on the planet.

During his 17 years at Unisys, Pablo rose through the ranks to become Regional Manager for the Southern Cone and eventually occupy the role of Latin America Sales Vice President, where he reinvented the Unisys Transaction Manager product with worldwide implementation.

Pablo is a systems analyst and holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science, as well as studies in finance, business process optimization, ethics, and leadership development.
