Fernando Galano.

Fernando was a software engineer for several multinational tech companies before becoming a project manager leading a large team of game engineers at Electronic Arts. Soon after, he became the COO of an Argentinian software development company where he was in charge of the entire operation that included more than 200 employees.

In 2011, Fernando joined BairesDev and spearheaded the exponential growth of the company by raising production standards and increasing overall efficiency. These procedures, combined with a distributed workforce and growth strategies from various departments, had an important role in the expansion process that helped BairesDev become the largest and fastest-growing bootstrapped company on the planet.

Fernando is regarded as a thought leader and math genius of sorts, with a passion for data science and statistical analysis. He received a bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, graduated summa cum laude with a Masters in Economy, and was awarded Dean’s List.
