Facundo Molina leads commercial technology at BairesDev, where he focuses on how engineering organizations scale delivery across distributed teams. He started programming Basic and Assembler at 10, trained as a systems engineer, and founded his first software company at 17. That foundation shapes how he approaches commercial work today, because he knows that growth which doesn't hold up operationally isn't worth pursuing.
Over the years, Facundo has worked closely with CTOs and VPs of Engineering as they scale. His expertise has played and continues to play a pivotal role when teams need to expand, delivery expectations increase, and systems are pushed beyond their original design. His work centers on aligning systems and teams so that as clients scale, delivery quality and velocity don't break down.
Facundo holds a degree in systems engineering, with additional studies in project management and business administration.
