He has successfully led 20+ projects involving ERP implementations for several companies and government organizations. Enrique served as Information Systems Director for Sonora State Government, where he managed a statewide GIS implementation project and oversaw the state’s tax collection agency, handling over $100 million in annual revenue. He also taught Enterprise Technology at ITESM for 13 years.
