As VP Innovation and Chief Architect, Lisandro’s main goal is to scale the products and technologies that make BairesDev a great company. To achieve this, he leads a strong team of engineers and creative minds who work on developing innovative ideas that drive BairesDev’s growth. Lisandro’s leadership style has brought new perspectives in technical architecture and team building, strengthening BairesDev’s scalability strategy.
Prior to his role in the company, Lisandro worked multiple tech leadership roles and founded two companies from scratch. He has vast experience building high-volume data products for the insurance and security industries. He is a developer and an expert in building teams and tech-culture.
Lisandro holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, a Master’s degree in Strategy and Technology Management, and has 10+ years of experience leading tech teams driven by innovation.
