With more than two decades of experience growing performance-focused organizations like Udemy, CEB/Gartner, and Credant Technologies, Darren brings a proven ability to translate business needs into technology outcomes. He’s led large-scale partnerships with Fortune 1000 companies and navigated the complexity that comes with enterprise growth.
A strong advocate for high-integrity leadership and data-informed decision-making, he frequently speaks and writes on sales leadership, workplace learning, and AI’s role in business transformation.
Darren holds a BA in Economics from William & Mary and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He also actively contributes to initiatives focused on leadership development and the future of work. Outside of work, Darren is most likely to be found travelling with his wife and two daughters or dealing with his two unruly dogs.
