Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, she plays a key role in connecting business strategy with execution and ensuring the company’s objectives are supported by reliable, client-focused operations.
With more than 14 years of experience in the technology and enterprise sectors, Lore has led large-scale initiatives and cross-functional teams in complex business environments. She oversees the Professional Services team, which manages a global portfolio of more than 350 clients, and promotes a culture of accountability, transparency, and informed decision-making. Her leadership blends strategic foresight with hands-on execution, to strengthen collaboration across Delivery, Client Services, Talent, and Business Development. A results-oriented and people-driven executive, she champions continuous improvement and proactive client management to ensure BairesDev delivers measurable impact and lasting value.
Lorena holds a degree in Information Systems Engineering from Instituto Universitario Aeronáutico.
