With more than 18 years of experience in the technology and outsourcing industry, Melisa has held leadership roles across revenue, professional services, and operations. Her background includes scaling accounts, building high-performing cross-functional teams, and supporting clients from the first proposal and pricing discussions through project delivery and ongoing account expansion.
She holds a degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Abierta Interamericana.
