Niles has a passion for building teams that channel their curiosity about the world into meaningful client impact.
Before joining BairesDev, he spent 8+ years in the Atlassian ecosystem, where he integrated four acquisitions into go-to-market operations, increased revenue sixfold in two years, and raised average deal size by $30K. He helped broaden the company’s growth strategy and built the systems and training programs that supported continuous learning, including the use of AI for account growth planning.
Based in Portland, Oregon, Niles is a graduate of Ohio University with a degree in Cultural Anthropology.
