Stephanie is the VP of Operations at BairesDev. She ensures the successful execution of client projects across regions and oversees the processes that keep delivery running smoothly. Stephanie also serves as the link between clients and internal teams, guiding workflow improvements that strengthen overall performance.
With more than 14 years of experience in global delivery and operations, Stephanie has rebuilt underperforming teams, launched new service offerings, and managed remote teams at scale. In a previous leadership role, she drove 756% portfolio growth in a single year by strengthening team structure, leading strategic technology initiatives, and supporting successful conversions for 30+ global clients. She has also supported Latin American client expansion by overseeing projects in Spanish.
Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Music in Saxophone Performance, a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature with a minor in Business from Northwestern University. She also has a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Clarkson University.
