Ezequiel Ruiz is the Chief Business Officer at BairesDev. He leads the company’s partnerships-based strategy to expand into new markets and segments.
Beyond his commercial leadership, Ezequiel also heads R&D Talent initiatives, guiding the development of the internal software that supports BairesDev’s Talent Acquisition team and processes. His focus is long-term: building systems that are robust, scalable, and reliable. He also oversees the full lifecycle of talent acquisition-related tools and platforms. This includes partnering with cross-functional teams to make sure the technology supports hiring goals and efficiency needs.
Across both areas, Ezequiel connects partnerships-led growth with the technology and infrastructure required to consistently hire top talent at scale. For clients, that shows up as faster ramp-ups, better-fit staffing, and more predictable delivery.
Ezequiel holds a bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering and has deep experience with today’s leading programming languages.
